FT3 Grid - Tropic of Cancer / Capricorn How?

I wonder if someone could help me, I would like to create a "Grid" in FT3 to just show the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn on an earthlike planet. If anyone knows how, which settings should I use?

The best way is to export to CC3 as CC3 has grids built-in.
