FT3 Export -Can't just get land outlines

I'm trying to export my FT3 world into CC3, but none of the eporting options seem to give me what I want. I just want the lands in outline, so I can go in and modify the map afterwards.
Has anyone got advice on how to just get the lands basically traced into CC3?

Use the "Coastline Only" setting, and if necessary, you can always delete the green fill by deleting everything with the fill style "Solid". That will leave you only with the blue coastline.
