Traveller Sector Import? How???

I don't see how to actually create a Traveller sector map (via the importer).
I've uninstalled Cos3, installed .NET 4, installed Cos3, installed the Traveller Cos3_TravellerImport tool.
But how do I get it to work?

If I create a new map the templates don't show anything that looks like an importer. I'm lost... This is free trader Beowulf, calling anyone...

When you start a new map using the Cosmographer map type, and "decide settings myself", do you have 2 map styles labeled "Traveller Sector Import"?
If you have these, the sector import wizard should pop up automatically once you are finished creating the map in the new map wizard.

If you do not have those map styles available, try using the .net 4 link found next to the traveller sector importer download link on your registration page. .net 4 comes with several different components, and I have noticed that the components I get when downloading it from for example windows update doesn't seem to contain the appropriate components needed for this tool.
