Map of Netherlands, Belgium, and Northern France...is there?

I am looking for a map of the late 17th/early 18th centuries which covers the United Provinces, Spanish Netherlands, and Northern France in 1:300000 scale.

While these exist, in some form or another, many online have a purchase price. I am wondering if anyone knows of a free map of these region, or whether one already exists from a user of CC3.
