Install Location

So my computer died after a long drawn out battle. I'm in the process of searching for a new machine and one of the options I'm considering is getting a small Solid State Drive for the OS and place most other software in the 1TB data drive. Some software tends to throw a fit when not placed in C:Program Files. My question is will Campaign Cartographer and Fractal Terrains have any issues if I place them in D:Program Files?
