Problem with my Symbols Catalog window

I've had an issue come up where my Symbols Catalog window will only appear as a extremely thin box, effectively unusable. I believe it have something to do with my columns in my window options but it will not let me reset my number of columns back to 1. I also do not remember the default window setting. Any help would be appreciated.

Try running the attached registry file (Just double click it, then confirm to have it imported into the registry). It changes the number of columns in the symbol catalog to 5. Don't have CC3 running while you do this.
