Multi-threading support planned?

Quick question - since CPUs aren't getting particularly faster these days (as the focus has shifted to running more work simultaneously, rather than at higher clock speeds), has anyone heard of plans to multi-thread the CC productline? It would be cool to have a way to take advantage of more than a quarter of my PC's capabilities, because in raw clockspeed, it's not particularly fast anymore.

    It already uses multithreading options for some effects (which is where the biggest hold-ups are). in addition to effects, the big hold-ups in CC3 are bitmap storage and rendering - memory makes the biggest difference to those. We will certainly do what we can to take advantage of improved hardware in a future version.
