CC3/Jon Roberts Overland Question

Have just recently purchased the Annual 2011 and downloaded the Jon Roberts Overland style. Having problems though. When I start the map the only option is to choose mountains in this style. When I try to choose a different terrain it switches back to the regular CC3 style!

Is there a setting to keep it in the Jon Roberts Overland style?

This is controlled by the master filter setting.

Right click the "Symbol Style Toggle" button, select "Master Filter setting", and ensure that the "CA51" filter is the currently selected. When closing this box, depending on the symbol catalog that was previously active, you may get an empty symbol catalog chooser box, but just close this, and now the catalog buttons should work as desired.
If you do not have "CA51" in the master filters list, click "Load", then select "CA51" from the list, and finally, make sure "CA51" is the selected option in the filter list.

Ok I did this and the "Select Catalog Setting" window opens up just as you said, but every time I close it and select a terrain the window keeps opening up.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hmm. That would happen if it cannot find the definitions for the Jon Roberts symbol catalogs in the registry. Might try simply reinstalling the annual issue, by just running the installer again. See if that fixes the issue.

Reinstalled and got a couple error messages saying that some files couldnt get extracted, Im running on Windows Vista.

Did you close down CC3 before installing?
Did you run the installer as admin? (Right Click on the installer -> Select Run As Administrator)

Ran as admin and works just fine now thanks so much.
