Contours (joining lines to form polygons, changing width)?
OK, searched, cannot find anything, checked both cc2 and cc3 manuals, again no joy, so here we go...
This is probvably a very simple fix, and i've probably been lookinh in the wrong place both in the manuals and on here, but I'm simply at the end of the rope here.
I wish to make contours that form, for want of a better term, polygons. the problem is that I am unable to figure out how to join the first (start) point of the shape, to the last (end) point of said shape. Said shape will, of course, be hollow. Now, I could I suppose, do it as a regular polygon, but it seems to me that this would somehow defeat the purpose of that dedicated contour tool. So, any ideas on how to acheive the desired result?
Similarly, it appears that I'm a complete dunsel at understanding how to adjust the width of certain contour lines; I can adjust the style and colour, no worries, but the thickness escapes me. Any help there too, please?
Also - treat me with sords of one syllable and bullet point the steps, if you would - for some reason I cannot get to proper grips with CC2 & 3 as I think I once was a couple of years back (dunno why, probably advancing age or something!).
Cheers for any help offered :-)
