Cosmographer 3 Toolbar problem

I can switch between the deckplan and overland toolbar sets with no problem but I can't seem to get the starmap tools to show up. When I right clock the Cosmographer icon and select the starmap menu nothing happens, same if I go through the menu system at the top. Again, I can switch back and forth with the deckplan and overland sets with no problem.

Please try to run CC3ConfigMenu.exe from your CC3 porgram folder, then load the Cosmographer menu again. What happens if you click the Cos3 button repeatedly? First click should bring up the Deckplan menu, second the starmaps, third overland, and the fourth back to deckplans.

When I do this, I get a Run Time 75 error when running the exe. When I left click the Cos3 button nothing happens.
