FTPro Export - Missing options
I've been working in FTPro doing exports as BMPs but was wanting to do a CC export with sheets. According to the excellent youtube tutorial by Joe Sweeney, one of the options after editing my CC2 export settings should be a page with all of the sheet options on it. However, I have no sheet options showing when I try and save my map as a cc2 file.
For reference, when i go through the edit/create process for the CC2 export settings I have pages for Introduction, Basic Contour Settings, Detail Level & Other items. Other items gives me the option of the compass etc. but there's no page with drop boxes for what sheets I want to put different aspects of the map onto etc.
Just to make it clearer, the options I'm not seeing are the ones I've screenshotted below from the video.
Any ideas?

The only thing i'm still confused by is why Joe's FTPro video show the above page of options for a cc2 export but my ftpro is missing that page of options when I try and set up the cc2 export options.
