Lab XPCC2.dll has problems with Cosmo 3

I found out what was causing the crash problems I had with CC3. The version of XPCC2.dll in the Annual Subscriber's Lab causes Cosmo 3 to crash when you try and make a Traveller Sector Import map.
The version of XPCC2.dll that Update 9 puts in won't cause the crash. The Update 9 version does lack the Change DPI options that the Lab version has. Hopefull a new Lab version that is Cosmo 3 Compatable will be posted, so the ability to change DPI will be something you can do again.

P.S. Thanks, for fixing the Meadows bug in the new version of Update 9.

Ah, thanks. Re-downloading and installing Update 9.

Oh, I downloaded again due to getting update 9 before Ralf fixed it.

We've disabled the lab download for the moment. The DPI setting was questionable anyway, because it did NOT actually change the exports external dpi. It only increased the export size, so you could change the dpi in an external image editor, while keeping the same output size (in cm or inches).
