Search for text strings in a Map

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. So, please let me know if I inadvertently violate forum etiquette.

I just bought Cosmographer 3 and started playing around with the nearby stars map. I am quite impressed by the information density of this map, but I am less impressed with my ability to find a specific star. I tried the search function, but found out that it only searches for strings in files and doesn't show you where in the file the string is located. So, is there any way to find a specific text string in a map? Am I missing anything? I'd be happy with a work-around, even a complicated one.

I don't know of a way to search for text in a drawing. While it may be possible to search for a name in a drawing within CC3, I haven't used it and haven't heard of how to do that.

Of course, I don't know everything there is to know about CC3 so someone with more knowledge will happen along.

You can use "Zoom to Text" [ZTEXTD] to find specific text in a map. You'll find it under View -> Zooms

Thank you very much, Monsen. That worked like a charm (except for the part where I had to figure out that they used "Gl" instead of "Gliese"). This makes using the starmap really useful. I was afraid I would have to go back to Celestia or even Frontier.
