How represent 'sea of flowers' on a 180 mile x 234 mile surface map ?

I want to add an area of deadly flowers to a 185 mile by 234 mile surface map.
I tried using a light green bitmap fill, but it just looks like the same bitmap fill I use in other areas. Labeling it would change that, but it still doesn't give the look of a sea of flowers.
Of course, at this scale I don't need to have millions and millions of flowers. Just something representing them.
Ideas or any symbols ?
