Contacting profantasy wrt downloading software

I recently moved to a new computer and need help in re downloading my CC software. The downloads page doesn't recognize my order (almost certainly because it is too old)

So, I've sent an email using both the primary address and the alternate address.

Haven't heard back from either in about a week now.

I'd have thought they'd at least be polite enough to reply, even if only to inform me that you can't re=download software after some long period of time.

Is this lack of communication normal with them? Its particularly irksome given that they claim to respond very quickly to email.

Check your email filters and see if their reply is in there.

  • Actually, in my post about the missing serial number I called the London office to no avail (and at appropriate London times). I also sent email to the help address AND the tech address. And admittedly, more than once. I hope this isn't a trend with ProFantasy. I really want to get involved with the product, but this is making me nervous.

Please give us a little time! I saw your email last night at about 11pm, long after my working hours - I fixed the issue, but was too tired to write an email reply, so I left it for this morning. Also it was a holiday in the UK (early May bank holiday) - no wonder no one was in the office. The issue is now fixed.
  • Yes, I completely forgot it was a banking holiday there. Ugh!

And we've all become spoiled by the 24/7 megacorps who, while they may be there all the time, never provide the personal service a smaller company can. Apologies and looking forward to long nights of sleepless map making!

    Cheers,
