Bridge wont work...

When im going to make a bridge wich crosses the water, the bridge layer (or what it is called) is not on the top of the river but under.....
My symbol sheet is over the rivers front sheet.... sorry, my english is very bad. This question is proably stupid, but im very new to this.

i will appreciate any help, thank you.

create a sheet named bridge and place it like this:

rivers
bridge
roads

Move your bridge to the bridge sheet.

Done.

Note that JimP is saying "sheet" not "layer."

Sheet and Layers are very different from each other in CC3, and are challenging even for native english speakers. I can imagine it's a nightmare to be mentally converting the terms to another language and trying to keep them straight.
