Two Lavini (latinos) nations that are the centre of the slaving markets, capturing northern peoples and selling them to southern nations, despite the fact they themselves outlaws use of slaves in their own very capitalist (modern USA style, with less regulation) economy. The forms of government mimic medieval Venice and Genoa.
