Map Blanking Out When Moving From Last Entry
I am a newbie making a pretty simple map of an island, and at one point put a spot of scrub in the middle of the map and then saved. Now when I zoom out from that one bit of terrain, everything else disappears, except for that bit of terrain, and the title of the map in the upper left hand corner (odd, since the compass rose and scale bar also disappear). Also if I move left or right away from the bit of terrain, the map blanks out.
Have I somehow created a new layer or something inadvertently? Anyone think there's a way to fix this? Or does it sound like the file has become corrupted somehow? Thanks in advance for any help.

For some reason there is a humungously gigantic copy of that very same symbol pasted in the drawing that completely dwarfs the entire map to the relative size of a pinhead. What you see is the one symbol that is 300,000 x the default scale. I have deleted it in the attached copy of your map.
If it happens again, check what scale you are pasting symbols at (right click while you have a symbol on the crosshair), and hit the Set Normal button if necessary.
I discovered the size by using List in the Info menu on that one symbol.
