[REQUEST] Can we PLEASE get Warhammer Fantasy Resources!!! ^_^
Have you considered developing Warhammer-themed fantasy resources as part of your product offerings—such as yearly annuals, mapping assets, symbol sets, tokens, and thematic styles? The Warhammer community represents an immense, long-standing market with a global fanbase that consistently seeks high-quality tools and resources to enhance their games, campaigns, and creative projects.
Introducing Warhammer-inspired fantasy elements into your platform could open the door to a huge segment of potential customers. Even beginning with general fantasy-oriented resources that align with the Warhammer fantasy and Age of Sigmar aesthetic would generate excitement and sales. From there, you could gradually expand into other genres, including Warhammer 40k, which has an equally dedicated following. There is sooo much potential.
The demand is certainly there—millions of players, game masters, and hobbyists are constantly looking for new ways to enrich their experiences, and your software is perfectly positioned to deliver. This is not only a chance to meet customer demand but also to significantly grow your sales and presence in a highly engaged community.
I truly believe this could be a valuable new direction for your development roadmap and would love to see your company explore it further. Can we pleeeEEEAAaaase get warhammer resource! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for considering this idea, and for the excellent work you already do in providing creative tools to the gaming and mapping community. 😊‼️

I think it could be cost prohibitive. Creating resources like symbols and such is a lot of work. I don't think the return would be good. For artists or Profantasy. That's not even considering getting licensing rights.
Usually, license rights to these sorts of things are prohibitive.
GW are not noted for their generous licensing terms; very much the reverse, in fact, judging by conversations I've had with owners of small businesses interested in trying to sell their physical products over the years, and they insist on a huge amount of control over exactly what can be sold, how much stock the business HAS to take per month (regardless of what the business itself knows will actually sell), and how it can be displayed. I can't imagine they'd be any more willing to consider something like this. If they were interested, I'd expect they'd be doing it in-house already.
All the above being said, original artwork in similar vein could be a work around. But as already mentioned above, developing a style takes many, many hours of work - even more so when you're talking about matching Overland, City and Dungeon maps...
