Corrupted Template

Morning All - I would like to use the template that is shown attached, however when I try to use it all I get is the starfield background and its not split into 3 blocks etc.
I think somehow I have managed to corrupt the template file. Annoyingly I now cant find the master. I've re-download Cosmographer and that hasn't worked so it must be part of an annual. I've tried looking through but cant find it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please

That isn't the template file. It's the example map for the Traveller System Bitmap style.
The template is blank and ready for you to make your own map.
If you want to get started with Cosmographer and what you want isn't in the User Manual there are a couple of recorded live mapping sessions here that might help - even though none of them cover this specific style.
Thanks for the response, however im sure in the past its opened up with a template in the style of the image i posted. Its now opening up in the format you show. Do you happen to know if its Cosmographer or is it an annual. Ive got everything but i cant find the base template.
I opened this from a predefined template. Is this what you wanted?

I rarely ever use either Cosmographer or the predefined templates. Kudos for knowing that one.
