City of Baylor - Capital of Braegor

Baylor is the capital of the island kingdom of Braegor. Braegor is known as one of the greatest sea powers in the eastern lands of Greater Arafran. The city has a population of a little over 20,000. It houses the royal palace of the king, plus the Royal Admiralty. The heart of the naval power rests on a large fortress located on an island at the mouth of the bay, a little over 2 miles from the city.
