has anyone seen or have recommendations of a style to emulate the look for a Vault in the Fallout games. Looking to create something small for use in a VTT perhaps

The starship deckplans and moonbase symbols from Cosmographer 3 or the Sci Fi Base might work for you.
Remeber Mike Schley Steampunk locomotives and the Necromancer set at dungons of schley also have some images of equipments that could be used for the battlemap.
I second this. I used Cosmographer deckplans for vault-like maps to recreate Gamma World maps.
You could perhaps also use SS3 Modern Blueprints to make maps like this:
If I could make a suggestion, I'd love to see a sci-fi/deckplan style for Perspectives 3.
I bought Cosmographer a month or so ago but just used it to create a solar system. I will have to look at the deck plans see if I can make that work..the old Vualt-tec map is priceless by the way
