doors not always cutting through bulkheads

This is Deck 2 of a space shuttle and when i changed the colour of the bulkheads I noticed that very few doors had cut through the bulkheads. I had no problem with Deck 1, but this deck isn't playing the game. I haven't a clue why though.

Check that the bulkheads are on the correct layer. Symbols that cut things are set to cut things on specific layers, so they won't cut anything that isn't on that specified layer.
Just double checked and the bulkheads are all on the Bulkhead Layer and yet only two doors have cut through.

I think the bulkheads that won't cut have somehow ended up on the HULL layer, instead of the BULKHEAD layer. If you use Change Properties you can put them back on the right layer.
They're on the BULKHEAD sheet, but not the BULKHEAD layer.
OK - thanks Sue. I didn't change the layers though.
Maybe there is a drawing tool a bit wrong in there somewhere. I admit that I've never played with this style.
