Sheet Effects Issue
Hi all!
I'm still working on a castle with my wall texture orientation issues and other point. BTW, I found what I supposed to be an bug with sheet essects, because I don't understand it and I can't find any workaround.
I'm using DD3, with a Template Style A.
Description...
I place on WALL sheet a wall composed of multipoly for walls and round shape for towers. Why multipoly? I'm not sure. Let's say I found the way easier to place a first poly for the outerwall and another one for inner wall as I would then reuse them to create more complex walls with windows and so later...
(Image 1 – CastleIssueWall.jpg)
On another sheet I created, named ROOFS, I placed my roofs from CD3. I first placed a roof for stables, then a round shape to hide the stable roofs behind the towertop, then I placed symbols for... err... crenelation (?) and then I placed another imported CD3 roof for the towertop.
(Image 2 – CastleIssueRoofs.jpg)
Then I show the two sheets and enable effects...
(image 3 – CastleIssueFull.jpg)
We can see here a little "bug" that makes the wall from the BELOW wall sheet to appear ABOVE the round shape from the ROOFS sheet!
(image 4 – CastleIssueBug.jpg)
I supposed it is not exactly how sheet effects are supposed to act. Am I doing wrong?
How can I deal with that? (but with post effect into bitmap retouch program)
Thanks!
Paul.

Comments
I'm experiencing some other odd behaviours with bitmap symbols on layers that I'll post here when available, that seams to be about layer order...
Paul.
Thanks,
Paul.
