How to Hide the Link Box
How do I hide the box in the bottom right with Floor 1, basement 1 etc?
On basement 7 I have rooms that are covered by the box and I can't edit.

You could move the entire box to a more suitable position in the affected map.
Make sure you have the links visible (View->Show Hyperlinks), and that you have unfrozen the relevant layers, then hide all the sheets that aren't involved with the legend and use the move tool to move it all together in one go.
If you just want to hide it and not bother with moving it, find out which sheets the legend is on and hide those sheets.
