Missing fill style bitmaps

Okay, I'm seeing something very strange in my CC3 install and wondering if anyone can shed light on what is going on.
I just recently completely reinstalled CC3 and I find I'm missing the following fills (I have red X's in the Fill styles name dropdown for these)
Dark Stone
noise Bitmap
Rock
Scan lines 30 bitmap
StoneFloor
Tile
Now, here's what I did. I had to completely reinstall windows on the system (wiped the drives, so I know this isn't legacy files floating around) and then I installed in this order
1. CC3
2. DD3
3. CD3
4. CA2007
5. CA2008
6. Random dungeons
7. CD3 high res bitmaps
8. Latest update to CC3
I've also added the CSUAC files to c:\program files\Profantasy\CC3\Symbols\CSUAC folder (since the new CSUAC files are just zipped and not the ones that use the install shield to do the install)
What's strange is that these files should be there, but aren't. How did they appear in the list if they aren't even there on a completely fresh reinstall?
Anyone know where these missing files might be found?

Simple. Fill styles are defined in each template, and not dependent on the actual files on disk. It's perfectly legal to define a fill style that does not point to a file at all (although it doesn't make any sense). Sometimes erroneous fill definition sneak into the distributed template.
This issue seems to happen with all standard DD3 templates (including metric versions), including the wizard templates.
