Multiple landmass effects

I am creating a map with CC3 and want to have different effects for different landmasses. I create two seperate landmasses on separate sheets and they both take on the sheet effects of LAND. I cannot figure out how to make each one take on a different effect.

  • If the landmasses are really on two different sheets, they will each take the effects of their respective sheet. But, if you used one of the default landmass tools, it probably created both landmasses on the LAND sheet, no matter what Sheet you had selected when you started. You can check this by typing "INFO" on the command line & hitting return & selecting both landmasses.

If, as I suspect, they both appeat on the LAND sheet, you can move them to the sheet you want. You can also change the default behavior of the landmass tools, so it doesn't force the drawn objects to the LAND sheet, but I'm not at my computer to give you specific directions.
