Another 'inspired by Pauline Baynes' map.
I've had no end of problems with the north eastern part of the map, putting way too many mountains and getting the right background but I am reasonably happy with the result. As ever, comments are appreciated.

You've done a great job with the north east corner. Are there any details in the rest of the map that can be used to add something to that large green area?
The main problem Sue is that part over to the west is simply blank, or hidden by a convenient piece of artwork, in all of Pauline Baynes' maps of the area.
There might be the option to add the coastline on the eastern side, as shown on her poster map, although that would be quite a bit of extra work, and would need everything moved west within the current map border. Might be worth considering though, if you felt up to the challenge Helen?
Oh, fair enough. I have to admit I'm not very familiar with Pauline Baynes' work.
I'm going to do just that, @Wyvern , two cameos taken from the final book, "The Last Battle" or one from "The Last Battle" and one from the first book, "The Magician's Nephew" although I'm leaning towards the first option.
Which template did Ralf use in the travel map that he showed us about 3 - 4 weeks ago? I can't remember apart from the cameos.
EDIT: I've realised I doubt I can do two cameos in the space available, so you'll have to wait to see the final map! 😄

That was the Modern Journeys annual from 2014.
Ah, I've not got that annual. Thanks though, @Royal Scribe .
Here is the latest version for comment. I had to export the cameo as a .jpg and paste it onto the map's .jpg form. I just could not import/insert the cameo into the main map. I'm probably going to change the contents of the cameo though. is it too small though? The scene comes from the first chapter of the final book, "The Last Battle".
EDIT: Having looked properly at the map, I'm pretty sure the cameo is way too small.
Here is the final map! Loads of things kept on vanishing just as I thought I'd done, mainly the Narnian rivers and the pine trees so the rivers became the part that I dreaded looking at, and yes I had saved them between sessions!
I chickened out of doing my 'cameo' idea as it proved to be way more trouble than it was worth. Besides which the original map title ended in taking at least double the space that the Baynes one had.
