How to make a large dais

I need to draw a rather large dais for an alter of sorts in an underground temple. Is there a way to convert some drawn lines into 'one-sided walls'? Something that will have the effect of being raised on one side, but not the other, so to symbolize large steps? Or is there a better way to do it?

EDIT: A mod can feel free to delete this, I figured it out on my own. Manipulating new sheets is the way to go!
