Please, could anyone tell me if there is a "list" with the font names used in the CC3 annuals? Also, do we have a commercial use license for them?
like, for example, Vinique font that come with Annual Ancient Realms.

There is a list of fonts on the FAQ page for the atlas, but it is quite a bit outdated by now. I don't know of any other lists.
As for license questions, those are best sent straight to ProFantasy
You will find all the fonts distributed with the Annuals in the various "Fonts/SUBXXXX/" subfolders of your CC3+ programdata directory. We only include fonts that are free to use and distribute.
