I've started working on some small city maps with the Fantasy City Style, which is one of my favorite drawing styles for cities. I realized that I have to relearn a lot of techniques and workflow strategies. And I still have to get rid of some of the artifacts.

What artefacts do you mean?
Thank you. The Artifacts are a bit hard to spot in this resolution, but if you closely look at some of the towers, you see that the surface is somewhat dented. I think the issue is caused by two sheets with bevel lying immediately on top of each other, if I remember correctly.
You're probably right. It sounds like a form of transparency acne. Try switching out one of the fills (presumably the grey ones) for a slightly different shade of grey and see if that helps.
