I'm going to ask what I feel is a really silly question and hope nobody takes offence.
I've looked for this year's Atlas, more out of interest than anything else, but I can't find it! Would someone point me in the direction of the actual post that has the Atlas on it, please?

Do you mean the Community Atlas?
It's not new every year. It's something that was started a couple of years ago which grows with every new map that is added to it.
The links in that first post by Remy will take you to the main page of the Atlas, where you can explore the rest of it.
