Has anyone created a US Map?

I just updated to CC3 and DD3, and I came back around to a previous concern - has anyone ever created a US or World map using Campaign Cartographer? I run a lot of games set in the US (Deadlands, Shadowrun/Cyberpunk, '20s pulp, superhero games, alternate timeline games, etc), and I'd love to be able to modify a 'normal' US map to my purposes.

Similarly, I would love to find a map of Vietnam, because I hope/plan to run a Tour of Darkness game (published by Pinnacle Entertainment Group - check it out!), and a map of the country to edit and/or alter would be useful, too.

I know there's a map of Great Britain, at least, but I haven't found anything else. If such a map doesn't exist, what would be the easiest way to create one? Import a US or World map as a bitmap, and try to trace the state border boundries, and then place the topographical features, and the cities, roads, etc?

A very timely request/question as I am looking for something similiar. I would like to get a blank US/North America Map to use in CC3 for a similiar project.

I, too, would like to work with google maps, as I work at the Virginia Renaissance Faire and can d/l some close-ups of the faire site. I'm going to try importing a bitmap as a layer as suggested in a more recent post, but it would be nice if there was an easier way.

Count me in. I'd love to be able to import USGS topographic maps and manipulate them in CC3.
