NW corner of The Dragonspine Empire

Section of the Dragonspine Empire (Reik Drakruk), including the The West March region, the contested North March region (think Germania and the Romans), The Fens, and the forest known as The Stones. Also shows the port city of Druvlichstadt, and several smaller cities.

I would appreciate any advice on improving, especially around text presentation and placement. I never feel the text is in the right place nor is it legible enough, especially when placed over symbols.
