How do I export the current view or a CC3+ window, rather than the entire map?

If I remember correctly, it used to be possible to designate a partial JPG export based on the current view of a map. Can that still be done?

When picking file type in the save as dialog, use any of the "rectangular export" ones, they will prompt you to define the rectangle of the export after hitting save.
