Cannot export maps as jpeg or png
Been trying for days to export a city map as a jpeg or png for use on roll20. Every time it goes through the whole render count but their is no file in the destination folder and my file explorer quick access has a shortcut but it says the file is renamed or moved. I tried find a solution on this site and so have been experimenting changing the file options, even reducing the map size and resolution to exceptionally low settings. Any help would definitely been appreciated as I am banging my head against the wall trying to get a map that is usable.
I also tried exporting tiny test maps with just a couple buildings and cannot get any map to be saved in another format.

Can you try exporting it in a Bitmap (BMP) format, with the antialiasing option turned OFF? This skips the final conversion step, which may help to pinpoint where the issue is.
