Printing
I have created a very large map with lots of detail. So I want to print it in sections so the detail isnt lost. How do I print even sections of the map so that I can have a "multi" page map that can be printed in high detail on 8.5x11 pages?

Try the print Wizard. Right click on the print button or find it in the file menu. It guides you through setting up the print, including multi-page print.
in my personal experience regarding the material on which the map is printed, I particularly prefer to spend a little more and print it on a plastic plotter than on paper. The definition and color quality is better and the material supports many games with minimal care.
