Cosmographer Lift Symbols

I want to add "COS Bitmap A" lifts to my space station design but I'm having trouble interpreting the orientation of the symbols. What are the back and front sides of these lifts?

Turbo Lift

Floor Lift

Internal Lift

I would say the back of the Turbo lift is the left side. The Floor lift back is the blue side and the internal lift back is the top.
