unable to change colour for lines

its annoying me, I want to have any other colour than a dirty green line but despite using MPEDIT to change the colour every single time I click OK the two lines revert to the dirty green line with width zero.
a screenshot and the .fcw are attached because I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I'm recycling Navigation Lines but I have unticked the settings for the sheets.
