CC3+ Add-ons still filling C:\Programdata despite using data folder on separate drive

Hi!

Downloaded CC3+ with a bunch of add-ons (latest Humble Bundle) earlier today, but when installing I noticed that my C: drive keeps filling up when I'm installing the add-ons, despite me ticking the box and choosing a data folder on a separate drive for them.

All the files are being put in hidden folders in C:\Programdata\ and are named using GUIDs (such as {65E8F54B-4F80-4891-9F14-4759805D3B5C} ). This makes me think Windows is keeping them around for some reason. Can I safely delete without affecting the program/add-ons? Disk cleanup doesn't seem to consider them temp files.

Thanks in advance!

Magnus

They are installer cache files. CC3+ doesn't need them at all, but installer operations (uninstall/repair) may complain because it can't find the caches source files needed for the operation.
