This is not a bug per say, but a highly recommended change: Have the Roof Frills go on their own Sheet so that when you sort the symbols, they don't all end up under the buildings.

Some of the frills - the ones that are meant to be on top. But awnings are meant to be below, I think. You can actually change the sheet they are meant to be on either for just your map itself or for all maps by using the options in Symbol Options (submenu under Symbols)
Also worth noting: not long ago Ralf mentioned in a livestream (SS6 perhaps?) that grouping the symbols will make them be ordered as a single entity and not individually. Perhaps that works for you?
