Map for my personal campaign, the story of Shrimp Tony a twangy fisherman turned pirate.
Names are Portuguese influence,
That is an awesome map.
What style did you use?
@EukalyptusNow brother its Annual BW Fantasy with some symbols from Annual 13th age.
Frames are very rude to use but ok.
For background i used grey 10 as base. this blue is a massive outer glow effect on land sheet.
Image post procesed in lightroom to give some contrast, shadows and vignetting.
Now Using annual Par Lindstrom BW
Sue Richards Spectrum Overland + Isometric town + Mike Schley Overland
Excellent work, Ricko :)
Damn! You have tempted me into buying the isometric towns! ;)
after some experiments, I already feel the need for more images of constructions, cliffs, more vegetation, oriental constructions, african constructions, siege machines, more towers .... XD
Completely agree. And ruins, farm animals, rocks... 🙂
Though Mike Schley Overland works great for adding terrain or different vegetation.
EDIT. Found the cattle in MS Overland. YES!
I wonder if some of the isometric dungeon stuff might fit in, to set some accents...
Annual Local Area Maps also have some symbols that work nice with this style
Plus docks and lighthouse from Herwin Wielink
