I recently had some work done on my computer and am reallocating hard drive space. As part of this I decided to uninstall, then download & reinstall CC3+. But something went wrong…
I reinstalled CC3+, and started it up. No problem. Then I installed the latest update. That's when it went sideways. I got the errors pictured in the attached files, but once I clicked through them CC3+ started up.
Then I tried to install Perspectives, and got a message that my version of CC3+ is too old, and I need to update it before installing Perspectives (even though I'm using the latest installers).

Please run Update 28 again, by right-clicking it and choosing "run as Administrator". Do the same with perspectives 3 afterwards. Any changes? If not, please send in a Tech Support request from your registration page.
Thanks, Ralf. I did as you suggested, but it didn't change anything. Support ticket submitted.
