Fantasy Cities Style Issues - HELP!

Hi,
I'm not sure what I've done but for some reason when I try to place a building symbol the symbol outline doesn't show up making accurate placement impossible. The other symbols appear fine but as it's a City style, buildings are kind of important...
How do I fix this?
Also, how do I "reset" the symbol toggle to show the CA25 .fsc files properly?

I know at one time even sided symbols didn't show when they were being moved, but I think that got fixed.
As for getting back the particular symbol set, I would try clicking on CD3. If that doesn't work, browse to the folder with that CA in it.
CC3Plus\Symbols\Cities\CA25_several sets.
Try hiding the STRUCTURES(COLORS) layer.

Here are my catalogue window settings, can somebody please post how they're supposed to look for the CA25 style - this is definitely not correct...
These are the symbols within the annual - using CA25 All.
