Does CC3 licence allow the product to be use by multiple Windows 10 accounts on the same laptop?

Hi all,

I've read that the licence allows the installation of the software on up to three laptop on the same physical address but doesn't say anything about the usage of the product by different users on the same physical laptop.

My use case is fairly simple: on my laptop I have my account and my son account. I'd like to know if buying a single licence, we can both use the product on our account on the same laptop.
