Ravenford

Benn a long time since I made a map in City designer 3. But got sick this week and thought I should be doing something more then just watching Netflix :)

So I made this map of Ravenford. A cluster of three villages/towns in different sizes that together makes out the area Ravenford. Usually the inhabitants are talking about central Ravenford and the southern and eastern Ravenford. You also have an old castle ruin on a small hill next to the town, plundered through the years to get stones to newer buildings.

Everything is made in CD3 except the castle hill that I drew in Photoshop and the border. I also added some effects.

Well I hope you like it.

This is great. My only observation would be, in some spots along the river, have the forest overhang the banks.

Wyvern

Clearly a delightful spot; very tempting for a dragon...😉

If you have it, you might be interested in trying out the sketchy contour line symbols in the Black & White Towns CA issue from 2015, which are similar in appearance to those in your castle hill lines (though naturally, you'd need to add your own background colouring for those, as B&W only).
