Here is the political and heraldic map of Raelmor showing the Duchies and baronies in the country.

Dolvor used to part of Raelmor and was part of the Sylvar lands until the Mother of all Dragons, Vishtak, took it for her home (here there be dragons!).

    The new shields you added makes the distribution of them more even. If you added one South of Celestria and Imrabal and one on the peninsula across the bay it would be pretty much perfect. It looks like a great adventure setting (and something that could be framed in some VIPs office). Could you please document the titles of the various divisions? (Ex. county, duchy, kingdom, empire?)
