Hello everybody. I made a small cottage in the woods. The person who lives there is a book maker who loves nature. As always, any feedback is welcome.

Only one bookcase in the main room? I think a retired maker of books would have at least two (with the second one concealing a secret back door if he is paranoid). Are we talking about a printer, publisher or book-binder here? (I know we are not talking about a bookie; the cabin would be a little more luxurious then. ) No outhouse huh? I suppose he could be dumping his chamber pot in the midden between the cabin and the trees. BTW I know D&D single doors are typically 5 feet wide but in Real Life™ they are usually half that. In a bachelor cabin you might want to replace the bedroom door with a curtain (one less thing to fix). Finally it might be more convenient to put the woodpile closer to the front door between the front of the cabin and the garden plots.

Thanks for the feedback. The reason for there only being one bookcase in the main room is that those books are his favorites; he was a book publisher in a small city. The books in his room were the ones He made.

I don't suppose his company produced any arcane grimoires bound in human skin. (If so, a secret door behind a book­case might make sense.) Otherwise it looks great.

He eats at his writing desk, cooks with the pot near the fireplace, and poops in the chamber pot near his bed. 😄

I am curious about all the windows. Glass is expensive. There should be shutters to protect them from bad weather.

It is because they are Invisible shudders 😁. really though I wanted to make  shudders. I couldn't find a way I liked.

Maybe you could use the doors for shutters?
