License issue with gifted Campaign Cartographer 3+ from Humble Bundle

Hello,

I bought a Humble Bundle gift for a friend (Augusto LenZuen). It was the Maps Bonanza Humble Bundle and he installed it but when he goes to launch CC3+ it gives him an error that says, Invalid License, visit ProFantasy.

He signed in to ProFantasy and his Humble Bundle purchases are listed on the downloads tab with their respective license keys.

How do we resolve this issue? I was going to give him a tutorial session today, but we need to resolve this first.
