Adding new map packs

I've messed around a bunch with CC3+ and I'm satisfied with it though I am only minimally functional at it. I found a few map packs for sale on one of those bundle sites and I want to make sure they're compatible with CC3+. Is there a way I should be adding map packs in? Can I add map packs from an outside source, say like, Frog God Games?
I looked at some of the recent discussions and it seemed to be about the humble Bundle specifically made by profantasy. This would not be by profantasy

All artwork in .png format can be used in CC3+.
Generally just put the .png files in a folder under the Symbols\User folder in your CC3+ data directory, and optionally import them into symbol catalogs.
Of course, CC3+ symbols are more than just the backing image, they have properties and configuration to make things easier, like houses that aligns to roads and doors that cut walls and symbols that automatically go to the right sheet. Artwork not made for CC3+ won't have all these properties unless you set everything up for it.
Excellent! Thanks! I really appreciate it
Hi @Tim Wecks ,
Ralf did a video a bit over a year ago, where he explains how to create your own symbols. The video starts explaining how to create vector symbols and around the 42:05 mark, he explains how to do it with PNGs.
This is the video:
